How to Prevent Stretch Marks
There is not one person on the planet that wants to get stretch marks, when you get pregnant, gain weight, or lift weights, stretch marks are a distinct possibility.
About 8 out of 10 women who get pregnant develop stretch marks usually in the last trimester. They will start out as thin red lines usually on the stomach, for body builder it will probably be around the chest or shoulders, and if you gain weight look for it in the belly or hip areas.
These are the most common areas to get stretch marks but they can also appear on the legs, calves, ankles, thighs, butt, breasts and arms. Genetics also play a large role in stretch marks.
